Custom Webcasts - Real-Time Online Presentations!
As the leading provider of critical information in the mobility design engineering market, SAE's magazine brands host and present informative webcasts designed to inform target audiences on specific, vital topics from the comfort and convenience of their office.

For technology suppliers, producing or sponsoring a SAE Webcast provides the opportunity to influence potential purchasers early in the buying cycle, during problem solving identification and solution exploration. SAE Webcast sponsors/providers have the opportunity to position their brands as market leaders in the technology area in question, as potential purchasers move further into the technology evaluation cycle.

A SAE Webcast editor will moderate the event and the sponsor will receive the benefit of being associated with the SAE brand and relevant editorial content. Required registration for webcast download provides a source of high-value, self qualified sales leads. The typical webcast is 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes of Q&A.

SAE Webcast Program Highlights

  • Complete audio production/editing; integration and synchronization with visual content; hosting and on demand streaming for six months
  • Sponsor will be co-branded with their logo* (linked to their site where appropriate) on all pre-event marketing efforts conducted by SAE drive registrations. Promotion will include but is not limited to:
    • Print advertisements in relevant SAE publications
    • E-newsletter announcements
    • E-blast invitational mailings
    Sponsor is encouraged and SAE will assist in similar promotions to their existing customer base.
  • SAE will promote event on relevant magazine(s) home page as well as host and manage the information/registration page.
    Sponsors logo linked to their site will appear in all placements.
  • Registration form includes up to three custom demographic questions developed in conjunction with the sponsor.
    Interactive polling questions and exit survey can be built into webcast as well.
  • During webcast, sponsor's logo appears on the screen throughout. A 15 second slide show at the beginning or end of event is available to the sponsor to showcase their products and/or solutions.
  • Post event, sponsor receives the database of registrants and attendees including full contact information as well as results of exit survey, polling questions and log of Q&A session.
  • SAE archives event on its website for six months for on-demand viewing with post event promotion of archive via print ad and e-newsletter exposure. Sponsor receives contact information of on-demand viewers.

Telephone/Webcasts
SAE Telephone/Webcasts are 120-minute programs that focus on current and emerging technologies and the issues, challenges, and perspectives related to those technologies. They bring together a leading industry expert as the organizer and a panel of 3-4 technology leaders. The format features audio delivered by telephone, web-based presentations, and an interactive discussion with the audience. The first half consists of educational presentations by panelists with PowerPoint slides as well as polling questions, and the second half is a Q&A with audience members. These webcasts are live events that typically draw 500-1000+ attendees or more. They are not recorded for later play-back. They feature a pay-per-view format, and registration is on a per-site basis.
